Psyche revived by cupid

It is regarded as a masterpiece of Neoclassical sculpture, but shows the mythological lovers. This marble sculpture whose theme is inspired by ancient mythology is displayed in the Michelangelo Gallery at the Louvre museum. The same museum where, as we have already seen, Canova’s first version of “The Three Graces” is still on display.
